This beautiful little puppy was thrown out of a car window and thank goodness the car behind him saw it.  Her child realized the bag was moving and inside was Ozzie  They saved him and took him to the vet and with a few scratches he checked out healthy.   He was surrendered to Pet Rescue by Judy.  The family that saved him kept him for about 3 weeks and said he is good with children and her dog.  He needs some training with walking on a leash and know basic commands.   He is very close to being totally potty trained.
