Raven did have a home.  Her owners were moving and 2 other dogs, unfortunately, they could not take Raven.   One of our wonderful volunteers saw her on Craigs list and knew this was not a safe place for her.   She managed to rescue Raven and took her to Pet Rescue by Judy knowing Judy would find this baby a safe loving home.   Since Raven is new to the shelter we will continue to evaluate her potty habits and how she behaves with other dogs.
