Unfortunately for Neo, he was not allowed on the bus, so the owner just left this poor dog at the bus stop. He is very sweet and appears to be crate trained...and he loves to play! He is in foster care now and is adjusting to a well-deserved life.   Neo is available for adoption and ready for a family to love him!  Please consider providing that special home for precious Neo.
