Animal Success Stories

Second only to finding homes for our animals is the joy of hearing back from their new families.  We invite you to read along with us.  If you should decide to open up your heart and home to one of our angels, please send us a note and photo to tell us how it is going!  We will post it on this page so others can share in your happiness.

United

You may have heard by now that we adopted both Aegean & her brother United! Aegean needed United & vice versa. I've attached photos. The last one is of them fast asleep after being home for a mere hour, after playing in their shared crate! We're THRILLED to have them BOTH!!!

Lauren, Jewel is being well loved and rubbed and hugged by all. We have a vet appointment tomorrow (Cohen Vet Clinic in Deltona) She has been a little sick since coming home (drainage from the nose and wheezing) so we will be checking up with the vet on that and a small lump we found near her ribs :( (not in the vicinity of the microchip) We have lots of pics we need to get off the camera and can share. Otherwise we are in process of crate training and housetraining and doing pretty good so far! We already have a few funny stories to tell but will send them with pics and updates next time. Hope you are doing well too. Cheers! -Michael and family

Unity the Baby Jack/chi
Unity the Baby Jack/chi

Lauren, She is doing great and getting totally spoiled. She has her family well trained already and believes she is the queen of the castle!! 1st night was a little rough, but she was fine. Yesterday she had her 1st vet appointment and she was so tired that we didn't hear a peep out of her all night. Today is the first time she has to be left alone for a couple of hours and she let us know she doesn't like it! We have it worked out to where there is someone with her about 90% of the time for the first couple of weeks. Pamela
