Coolidge is a very handsome puppy. He is one of six siblings who were found in a dump. They were rescued by Pet Rescue by Judy and are doing great.

He is very handsome. There is a large black colored configuration on the right side of his face. There is a black triangle of hair over his left eye and a black ring at the base of his tail. The remaining is all white. He has a really sweet personality. His ears are trying to stand up but I do not know if they will make it all the way.

He loves to play, romp and nap with his siblings. He is very playful and especially loves to play with our dogs. It would be great if there was a dog in your home for him to play with. Coolidge loves to run and play in the yard and is very curious about his surroundings investigating everything he sees. He loves playing with toys especially those that squeak.

He really a happy and great little dog who needs a great family to provide a forever happy home for Coolidge.

Foster Update 7/10/14:
Coolidge is doing great he is such an amazing dog! He is housebroken with just occasional accidents he will go to the door and scratch when he has to go. He plays well with my other 2 dogs (60 and 50 lbs) and does well with our cat. He walks great on a leash. Sleeps through the night. Is crate trained. He loves to chew so I recommend lots of chew toys and stuffed animals to keep him distracted from your shoes!

*** According to www.dogbreedinfo.com, the Labrador Retriever is a loving, affectionate, lovable, patient dog. Once known as the "St John's Dogs," the Labrador Retriever is one of the most popular breeds in the United States. Originally from Newfoundland, Canada the Labrador was trained to jump overboard into the icy waters to haul fisherman's nets to shore. Specimens were brought to England in the 1800's by English ships coming from Labrador, where the dog's fine retrieving instincts were honed and developed. One of the best family dogs and canine companions because of their gentle, loving disposition, the highly trainable Labrador also excels in drug detection, as a guide for the blind, and service dog for the disabled. The breed is also an outstanding obedience and field trial competitor. Highly intelligent, loyal, willing, and high-spirited. Lively and good-natured, they love to play, especially in water - for they love to swim. They have an excellent, reliable, temperament and are friendly, superb with children and equable with other dogs. They crave human attention and need to feel as though they are part of the family. Labs are easily trained. These dogs are watchdogs, not guard dogs, although some have been known to guard. They have a life expectancy of 10-12 years
