Foster Update 2/16/13:

Pumpkin is one of six cats in the household, but he knows how to get your attention. Sit down to watch tv, and Pumpkin will be right there to curl up next to you or in your lap. At bedtime, he will be the first one up in the bed to lay down next to you (preferably in a way so that he can touch you). He particularly likes to have under his chin scratched and can actually fall asleep holding his head up! Pumpkin is looking for a home where he can be the center of attention and get the extra love he craves.


Foster Update 10/2/12:

Pumpkin is always such a loving sweetheart who likes to curl up in peoples laps. He even has little conversations with you if you talk to him. He loves getting up on high places and laying around like he's the owner, not you! He is one of the cats who just loves dogs and loves to lay with you while you're sleeping. If you ever get lonely, sometimes Pumpkin will talk back to you and try to have a little conversation with you. If you want a ton of fun in your day and snuggling in the night, then Pumpkin is the cat for you!

Foster Update 8/31/12:  Pumpkin has a way of getting into your heart.  He loves his treats, but always takes one in his mouth and then drops it in front of his foster 'Dad' to share!  He loves to snuggle and is happiest tucked into bed (or on the couch) with his human caretaker.  He will quietly sit at the window and watch what goes on outside. Pumpkin was at his foster's home just one day before he started to snuggle, he was so happy to be in a home. He is gentle and affectionate, yet still a playful kitten who loves feather toys.  Anyone who adopts Pumpkin will be blessed with a wonderful companion.

Pumpkin likes attention from people. He wants his own family to spoil and fuss over him! He will talk to you trying to get your attention so you can pet and stroke him. He really is a great cat!

Pumpkin was surrendered by an owner who couldn't keep him. He is affectionate and good natured. And he would love to be part of your family! He's smiling in this picture because he knows he's irresistable.
