8/16/2018: Lola came back to us once again. Her wonderful owner passed away. Lola misses her mom so much. Once she is able to settle into a home, her personality truly comes out. She is a very loving and affectionate cat. She loves to be held and will follow you around the house wanting attention. She loves to sit by you on the couch and will sometimes sit at the top of the chair. She is patiently waiting for her furever home with someone that will love her as much as she will love you!! LOLA STRESSES OUT SO BAD AT THE SHELTER THAT SHE WILL START TO OVER GROOM HERSELF. PLEASE TRY TO OPEN UP YOUR HEART AND HOME TO THIS SWEET SENIOR SO SHE HAS A NON STRESS HOME FOR THE REST OF HER LIFE.
12/27/2017: Lola has returned from foster to Pet Rescue by Judy. According to her foster Lola would do best as the only pet in the household. She is such a love, litterbox trained. She started overgrooming herself due to stress at the shelter. A nice quiet home would be ideal for her. NO CATS OR DOGS.
07/26/2017: UPDATE ON LOLA: Lola is feeling much more comfortable with all of us. She is still waiting for someone to look at her photoS and fall madly in love. She is available for fostering and or adoption.
05/30/2017: Another sad story. Cher now known as Lola, was owner surrendered after 9 years of having a home. Of course she is so scared right now. She was also front declawed. She would love to have a foster or permanent home instead of being in a cage. Her life was just turned upside down. Please if someone can open their home and hearts to this sweet girl we would be so grateful to you.
Sonny and Cher were born to a momma cat living behind an office complex. The mother died shortly after giving birth. These two sweethearts are the sole survivors of a litter of five that were given to us when their eyes were still closed. They are now living in the loving care of Ivy, one of our wonderful fosters.
