Foster Update 3/21/12: Squeekie loves playing with his cat toys, mice, squeaky mice, strings, yarn... Balls and laser pointers which are his favorites.  He loves climbing in the windows and looking outside.  He runs from one part of the house to the other, jumping in the windows if there is another cat outside.

In fact, he looks more like a "Guard" cat, as some of my neighbors have mentioned...

Over all, Squeekie is a fairly quiet cat.  He does sit by his food bowls when he wants to be fed or just being greedy.  :-)  He sleeps at the foot of my bed or on his bed or on the couch in the living room at times...

He has never been outside by himself, and will not even go in the garage.

Squeekie is a beautiful Siamese mix. He was taken in as a stray, by a kind couple, who saw to it he was neutered and brought up to date on his vaccinations. They fully intended on keeping Squeekie, but his rambunctious and energetic nature didn't sit kindly with their two older, more sedate cats. Squeekie is very active, loves to play and be the center of attention. He is fine with other cats but those two weren't fine with him! In his downtime, he likes to cuddle on a lap and be petted. Squeekie needs a home where he can gets lots of loving attention. We don't know how he would react around dogs.

When Squeekie was first brought into the shelter, he was stressed and withdrawn, but he is getting much better and now enjoys human attention, gentle stroking and head rubs.
