Winter was adopted from Judy. The family was allergic to him and surrendered him to a high kill shelter. When they scaned his microchip it notified them he was a Pet Rescue by Judy dog.
Winter is amazing; he needs daily exercise and needs some training, but is very intelligent and seems to learn quickly. We’ve never met such a loyal, affectionate dog. We would recommend Winter go into a home with older children, 15 and up. With younger children he can jump and knock over them over. Never once has anyone seen any aggressive traits. Not only does he love to play and give kisses, he also likes to hunt. He doesn’t bark and has a very even temperament. While he does need some house training, he handles being crated very well, happily accepts a bath, and is very playful. We have no doubt he’ll be a fantastic family dog.
